Ajeesh enjoys most viewership on my blog
I started blogging about 5 years back but not until I started writing about Airtel Super singer and Ajeesh did my blog receive overwhelming viewership. During my initial days of blogging my views were limited to sports and occasional write-ups about movies but when I started watching Airtel Super Singer in 2008 I decided to write about the same.
Only when I started posting my views on the show I realized that I was not the only one who loved Airtel Super Singer. It’s amazing to see the kind of fan following Ajeesh enjoys after his victory in Airtel super singer 2008. Even after one year since his victory, Ajeesh still enjoys the most viewership on my blog. Any posts related to Ajeesh still enjoy most comments and most views on my blog which is quite extraordinary. His first song in the movie Goa seems to have had a brilliant response by his fans.
I write about Sachin Tendulkar, Roger Federer, Rajinikanth etc, but none of them receive the same sort of response on my blog as Ajeesh does. I wish Ajeesh who happens to be my favorite as well a very bright future.

Super Singer – a real little show!!!
The next season of Super Singer is back on Vijay TV and we see a huge number of participants trying to test their talents in front of adjudicators.
Is this really a talent search… It seems so.
But it looks to be more of a game of chance and engineered luck to get the final victory.
This reality show is all about a search for a good singer as it is proclaimed to be. This means that one has to be technically competent in terms of Sruthi, Raga and Thala along with pleasant voice, dynamics, expression, attitude and onstage performance etc to progress to the next stages of this show.
Primarily, the technically incompetent participants are disqualified and the best one is selected. This is what is understood by us, viewers, from all the episodes telecasted and from the comments of adjudicators.
Can this rule be defied for anybody at any stage by any means?…
The whole show is more of an annoying drama to many of the viewers when we look at its history of winners.
In Super Singer Junior season 1, we had the least deserved Aparna winning the wild card round among the other participants. It was highly disappointing result for many viewers like me. Of course there were other contestants who performed better than Aparna and deserved an opportunity. But this would be blamed on the viewers claiming it to have been through public voting whose sanctity I seriously doubt.
Similarly in Super Singer season 2, we witnessed the victory of Ajeesh against Ravi. It was unacceptable, extremely disappointing and horrible. I can never ever accept that Ajeesh was in anyway better than Ravi, Renu or Ranjani. This cannot be blamed on the public voting or even be taken as fluke win by Ajeesh but there is something beyond and deliberate.
In the latest Super Singer Junior, the little boy Srikanth deprived the other better performing children of their entry in to final performance and their deserved fourth and fifth places. The dispute here is not whether Srikanth is liked by the masses or not but it is about the technical competencies of this boy compared with the other participating children because the whole show is about how technically sound a participant is in all relevant aspects of singing.
The general public may be moved by the childlike performances of this young boy but that cannot deprive the other better talented children of their supremacy over this boy.
He could have certainly been awarded for his extraordinary talent but that should have been done out of the regular stream of the show allowing the deserving participants to contest.
After his elimination, he should have only been given the opportunities to perform in wild card round and in final shows not being allowed to be a competing participant with the other children.
I seriously believe that the eliminated children by these partial means would not alone undergo mental agony but would get demoralised and discouraged as well.
Looking at this history, it is eminent that the whole proclaimed purpose of this reality show is fooled, annoying most viewers. I think that there has to be a fair chance for every participant under the same principles and guidelines which need to be followed in its simplicity and holiness.
The directors and the organisers of this show should realise this and incorporate necessary changes so fairness is practiced by all means.

Hello.. You singing well however i don’t like the songs you have sung. I expect a song with energy which can do a change in anyone positively. A powerful music with good lyrics indeed is much better. i know you cannot. bye now.
